Breakfast & Dinner

Continental breakfast is included in the price of the room. 

Optional dinner is available by arrangement at 25 € per person. Click on the buttons for samples of menus you can expect at Ma Cachette.  

Only one menu per meal will be prepared.

Dinner menus are somewhat eclectic and are prepared from whatever ingredients happen to be fresh or in season. Regional specialities like chou farci (stuffed Savoy cabbage) will be served as well as more sophisticated dishes like fresh grilled salmon on a puff pastry base and garnished with creamed spinach and fresh asparagus, napped with a beurre blanc sauce of wine and shallot. 

Salads feature quite strongly such as the salade maison which consists of endive and pear dressed with a raspberry and walnut oil vinaigrette and sprinkled with walnut kernels.

Desserts are all home made and feature fresh fruit sorbets and ice creams, profiteroles, pêches flambées, to name but a few.

A selection of superb local cheeses will be served with every meal.
