 Dinner

Dinner is available at 28 per person, and must be reserved in advance. Please note that we do cater for vegetarians.

Dinner menus have been termed "eclectic" and are prepared from fresh, hand-picked seasonal ingredients. Regional specialities for example chou farci (stuffed Savoy cabbage) can be expected, as well as more refined dishes like fresh grilled salmon on a puff pastry base and garnished with creamed spinach, fresh asparagus, and a beurre blanc sauce. 

Salads feature quite strongly such as the salade maison which may consist of endive and pear dressed with a raspberry and walnut oil vinaigrette and sprinkled with roasted walnut kernels and pomegranate seeds.

A selection of local AOC cheeses are served with every meal.

Desserts are all home made and feature home made fresh fruit sorbets, ice creams or Pears in white wine and oriental spices,  to name but a few.
