Payment, Deposit and Cancellation

Payment:

We accept Visa and MasterCard or cheques drawn on a French bank

Deposit:

A deposit of 50% per person is required to reserve a place. If the course date is 60 days or less from the time of request for reservation, full payment is required. No deposit or payment is processed until your participation has been confirmed. Space is limited.

Balance:

The balance is due no later than 60 days before the program begins. If the balance remains unpaid at that time, we reserve the right to treat the reservation as cancelled and retain the deposit paid.

Cancellation: 

Cancellation must be made in writing and must be made by the person who has made the booking. Any such notice will become effective from the date of receipt by us.

Cancellation charges per person will be levied as date prior to course start date:

More than 60 days: Loss of deposit. 

Within 60 days: Loss of all money paid.

The deposit is nonrefundable but can be transferred to another person or course date within the same calendar year.

Ma Cachette reserves the right to cancel a course 30 or more days before its commencement date with full refund to participants.
